Who we are

vatsaraWorkForce is operated by Vatsara Technologies. Companies that subscribe ("customers") decide what employee data is stored; Vatsara Technologies processes it on their behalf.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email or employee ID, role, password hash.
• Employee records entered by the customer, including optional identity documents (encrypted at rest).
• Attendance: QR scan result, server time and GPS position only at the moment of punch-in and punch-out. There is no continuous location tracking.
• Operational records: leave, incidents, complaints, payroll and billing data entered by the customer.

How it is protected

Data is separated per customer company, access is limited by role, sensitive actions are audit-logged, and backups are taken daily.

Retention

Punch location coordinates are retained for a configurable period (default 365 days). Other records are kept while the customer's subscription is active or as the customer instructs.
